About Julie Carignan
Speaker, Organizational Psychology and Leadereship Expert
EPISODE NOTES
Welcome to the seventh episode of my podcast, Where Work Meets Life™: Walking the Talk on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
In this episode, we are joined by Julie Carignan. Julie is a Partner at Humance, with a cutting-edge expertise in leadership and team development. https://humance.ca/
She holds two master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology. During her studies, Julie was involved in a research group on leadership diversity, and throughout her career, she has helped organizations create inclusive workplaces.
Julie reminds us that leaders must become aware of the engrained habits that inform the way they speak, behave, and build management processes. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace cannot be solved only through knowledge of the issue – it requires time and energy to build new habits and shift the dynamic.
