In this episode, Steve Foran and I continue our conversation about gratitude, exploring the intersection of work and life, and gratitude’s impact on work-life wellness.
Steve emphasizes the importance of taking time for yourself, especially when working from home. He shares his own tips for maintaining work-life wellness, including practical strategies, as well as techniques for adjust your mindset. He explains that if we see life as a gift, then we will care for it as a gift – intentionally and mindfully. Incorporating gratitude into our lives with this mindset can drastically improve our wellness in work and in life.
Steve founded Gratitude at Work in 2007, and in 2019 he wrote the book, Surviving to Thriving – The 10 Laws of Grateful Leadership.
