In this episode, Steve Foran and I continue our conversation about gratitude, exploring the intersection of work and life, and gratitude’s impact on work-life wellness. 

Steve emphasizes the importance of taking time for yourself, especially when working from home. He shares his own tips for maintaining work-life wellness, including practical strategies, as well as techniques for adjust your mindset. He explains that if we see life as a gift, then we will care for it as a gift - intentionally and mindfully. Incorporating gratitude into our lives with this mindset can drastically improve our wellness in work and in life.
